When the United Blood Services - Corporate
Headquarters expanded into new offices on East Oak Street in Scottsdale,
they knew the importance of
doing a
Site Accessibility Compliance Review.
This review, report, and recommendations of the entire site was performed*
to ensure Accessibility and Compliance under the Americans with
Disabilities Act. By being in compliance, this progressive company
protects itself against lawsuit and other litigation while ensuring access
for all on their property.

This ADA Site Compliance
Report consisted of over 50 pages, including a summary of non-complying
elements, photographic examples, and suggested recommendations.

removal of the non-complying 'protruding curb ramp' and the completion of a
fully accessible parking space with compliant curb ramp. |
